Use of content

The mythology, history, and travel commentary on this site are written for personal use. Quote freely with attribution. Don't republish whole pages without permission.

Practical info accuracy

We do our best with opening hours, ticket prices, and travel times — but archaeological sites change schedules, and we cannot guarantee every detail is current. Always check the official site of any attraction before relying on our info, especially for ferry times and seasonal closures.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or inconvenience that results from using the guide. Travel safely, follow local laws and posted restrictions, respect protected sites, and listen to your guides on the ground.

Mythology sources

The mythology described on this site draws from public-domain ancient sources — Hesiod, Homer, Apollodorus, Ovid — and from accessible classical scholarship. We do not quote or reproduce text from any modern fiction (including the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series). The connection is the shared mythology, not the books.

Code license

The Demigod's Guide source code is open source under the MIT license. The content (text, images, audio) is copyright the project; all rights reserved unless otherwise noted.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Significant changes will be announced via the in-app changelog and the email list. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
